Welcome! We would like you to participate in our facilitators' survey for the free course titled, "Prevention Ethics in a Multicultural World". In this survey, facilitators and trainers will be asked to answer questions about your participants, the course material and the results of the course. We would greatly appreciate your support with this survey. It will help us with future updates based on your comments and recommendations. We will do our best to ensure that our course is based on the most recent data and research.
As stated on our official website, please consider the following:
"All recovery organizations, agencies and groups are allowed to use our 6 hour Prevention Ethics curriculum free, however, they are not allowed to charge participants a fee. The curriculum can be used to apply as an approved trainer with your local, state and national certification boards and professional associations."
